C4C Group is an official Dynatrace partner. We supply Dynatrace licensing, implement it properly, move you onto it from the tools you run today, and keep it paying back once it is live. Our people spent decades on the vendor side, so we know how enterprise platforms are sized and sold, and we put that to work for you.
Official Dynatrace partner, and an independent adviser
Dynatrace® is an observability platform. It monitors applications, infrastructure, logs, user experience and security in one place, and uses AI to work out why something has gone wrong, not just that it has.
Its building blocks are OneAgent, which instruments hosts, containers and code automatically; Grail, a data lakehouse holding metrics, logs, traces, events and user sessions together; Smartscape, a live map of how every service depends on the others; OpenPipeline, which shapes data as it arrives; and Dynatrace Intelligence, the platform’s AI for root cause analysis, prediction and, increasingly, AI agents that investigate and act.
Dynatrace services from C4C
Supply and renewal of the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, with the annual commitment sized to real usage rather than a guess.
Learn more →A phased rollout designed around coverage, logs and alerting, so Dynatrace is useful from the first services you onboard.
Learn more →A planned move from AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Elastic or open source tools, timed to your existing contracts.
Learn more →Regular consumption and adoption reviews that keep DPS spend predictable and put unused capability to work.
Learn more →Why we lead with Dynatrace
Infrastructure, applications, logs, user experience and security in one place. Everything lands in Grail, one data lakehouse, so a slow page, a failing service and the log line that explains it can be read together instead of across four tools.
Smartscape maps the dependencies between services automatically, and Dynatrace Intelligence, the platform’s AI formerly known as Davis AI, uses that map to point at the root cause of a problem rather than raising an alert for every symptom.
Dynatrace Intelligence now includes AI agents for site reliability, development and security teams, built to investigate and act on problems with the context the platform already holds, under the controls you set.
Native OpenTelemetry ingestion through OTLP endpoints and a supported OpenTelemetry Collector, so existing instrumentation is not wasted and you are not locked into one way of collecting data.
Monitoring for large language model and AI applications, strengthened by Dynatrace’s acquisition of Arize, the AI observability and evaluation company, completed in October 2026.
The Dynatrace Platform Subscription is a single annual commitment you consume across any capability, in any quantity, with no penalty style overages. Sized well, it is one of the more flexible models in the market.

For observability, Dynatrace is where we start, because we believe it is the strongest platform for most large organisations, and we are an official Dynatrace partner. If your situation genuinely points somewhere else, we will tell you that too. Our wider, vendor neutral observability practice is here.

Questions
Yes. C4C Group is an official Dynatrace partner in the UK. We supply Dynatrace licensing, implement it, migrate organisations onto it from other tools, and optimise it once it is running, so one team is accountable for the platform, the rollout and the commercials.
Dynatrace is an observability platform. It monitors applications, infrastructure, logs, user experience and security in one place, stores the data in its Grail data lakehouse, maps how services depend on each other with Smartscape, and uses its AI, Dynatrace Intelligence, to identify the root cause of problems rather than only reporting symptoms.
Yes. As an official Dynatrace partner we quote and supply the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, for a first purchase or a renewal, and we size the annual commitment around how you will actually use the platform.
Through the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, or DPS. You agree a minimum annual spend commitment, typically for one to three years, and consume it against a rate card as you use the platform. Usage beyond the commitment continues at the same rates without penalty, and unit prices fall as the commitment rises. Dynatrace publishes its list rate card online.
Dynatrace Intelligence is the name for all of the AI in Dynatrace, covering causal, predictive, generative and agentic AI. It replaced the Davis AI name and was launched at Dynatrace Perform in January 2026, and it now includes AI agents for site reliability, development and security work.
Yes. We plan and run migrations onto Dynatrace from AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Elastic and open source stacks, running both in parallel until nothing is lost and timing the switch to your existing contract dates.
Yes, and we are open about both. We are an independent consultancy with partnerships across many vendors, and for observability Dynatrace is where we start, because we believe it is the strongest platform for most large organisations. We say so plainly, and if your situation genuinely points elsewhere, we will tell you that too.
Yes. Gartner named Dynatrace a Leader in its 2026 Magic Quadrant for Observability Platforms, the sixteenth consecutive time Dynatrace has been named a Leader in that report, according to Dynatrace. Forrester also named Dynatrace a Leader in its AIOps Platforms Wave in 2025.
